MONEY will always be the answer.

This is because money is associated with the following:

1. How successful you are in life
2. How much of a better life you can provide
3. How well you manage your expenses

While not all younger women share the same sentiments, older men tend to have the upper hand when it comes to what they can offer in a relationship. Other than their wisdom and life experiences, their financial situation is mostly stable (or far better than others) enough to tell women that “Hey, I’ve done well in life and I’m ready to settle down.”

A lot of women want stability, and if an older guy can give them that, why turn down the opportunity?

In terms of physical appearance, having good looks is just a bonus.
