“Why don’t we like to admit that physical attraction is important in a relationship?”
Maybe because we don’t want to be perceived as shallow, and that’s normal.
I for one admit that when it comes to being attracted to someone, I first take a look at their physical appearance. Not just the oh, he looks good and wow what a physique kind of attraction, I also look at his choice of clothing, his posture, his grooming, and how he carries himself overall. Now, wouldn’t that pass as part of the physical attraction?
We really only fall in love with someone once we get to know them. Anyone who says they’re in love after seeing someone they are physically attracted to is either in high school or just plainly daydreaming.
We all have our own versions of love, yes, but at the end of the day, we don’t go for the shoe that looks the best — we go for the one that fits.
