No. Gender has no effect on a person’s ability to love.
Some women are more loving than some men, but that’s just because of who they are as a person. There are also other women who struggle with expressing their feelings, or maybe they’re just hateful in general.
Similarly, there are also men who are good at being caring and affectionate, maybe even better than other women. It can be that expressing feelings comes naturally to them or they were raised in a loving and healthy home, allowing them to be openly loving toward others.
