Don’t be too fixated on types. They can change, or like in your case, not even be followed by the time you fall in love with someone.

It’s good to have preferences and to know what you want, but things like that are mostly just guidelines. If you love someone and he’s not your usual type, that doesn’t really have to be a problem.

Would you rather find someone who fits your criteria but you can’t bring yourself to have feelings for, or someone unexpected but you very much love and care about?
