“Is divorce a failure? Why or why not?”

I think it would be better to look at divorce as just another relationship that has run its course, for better or for worse.

I realize that can be a bit difficult given how much a couple invests into their marriage, but looking at it as an automatic failure isn’t quite right either.

It could be seen as a failure if there wasn’t enough effort put into keeping the marriage together while it was still intact.
