Sure, as long as you’re both comfortable with it.

Plenty of couples choose to end their romantic relationships amicably and remain friends. If there aren’t any hard feelings, and the breakup was a mutual decision, it’s very much possible to maintain that kind of arrangement.

As long as both of you are on the same page when it comes to the kind of relationship you now have, and no one has any expectations that the other doesn’t share, I believe hanging out with an ex is completely acceptable — encouraged, even, since it’s always good not to burn bridges with anyone in your life, especially someone you loved and care about very much.
