ADVICE
“How do I deal with rejection from women?”
- Respect her decision.
There’s not much you can do about it. Rejection is painful, but you’re going to have to accept it anyway. Forcing yourself on someone who has already rejected you will affect your self-esteem and value.
- Avoid texting her or checking her IG.
Do it and you’ll only make yourself miserable. If you want to take a break from seeing her, you can unfollow her on social media. You don’t even have to explain why you’re doing this. Give yourself time to accept the situation and move on. That way, you won’t become bitter as a result of the rejection.
- Give yourself time.
Give yourself time to process your feelings. This can be difficult, especially if you were really into her. But over time you’re going to be over it. So for now, find a good distraction to help you with the process of getting over the rejection. Binge watch movies, hang out with friends, or get a new look.
- Consider asking other women out.
After you’ve given yourself enough time to wallow, consider asking other women out. Give yourself the chance to meet new people. Maybe you’re bound for someone else who sees your value and worth.
